I provide online, individual therapy for adults in Texas seeking support with stress, burnout, emotion regulation, relationships, and more. My approach is collaborative and affirming, centered on your unique needs. Therapy offers a space to explore your experiences, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change in your life.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a personalized space to explore your concerns and work toward meaningful change. Together, we will identify your therapy goals and create a treatment plan aligned with your needs. Throughout the therapy process, we will regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
Through therapy, we will explore ways to navigate difficult experiences, so they feel more manageable and don’t get in the way of living the life you want, allowing you to put your energy toward what is truly meaningful to you.

What to Expect in Therapy
The human experience is vast and complex. Together, we will explore its many facets, including thoughts, emotions, behaviors, identities, and the systems that shape us. Through the therapy process, we will explore ways to navigate your concerns, so they have less impact on you, allowing you to take more meaningful action. My hope is that you will feel empowered to fully experience life without the struggle.
My Therapeutic Approach
I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational/Interpersonal therapy, and somatic approaches into my work. Guided by a trauma- and social justice-informed lens, I view therapy as a collaborative process where I bring my expertise while guiding you in your self-exploration.

If we decide to move forward with the therapy process, I will send you a link to complete the initial paperwork online before your first session. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what support feels most helpful to you. We will also further explore your concerns, collaboratively identify your therapy goals, and discuss the frequency of ongoing sessions.
