Meet Dr. Lindy Lotz
Hi, I’m Lindy. I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas, with 12 years of clinical experience.
It is a privilege working with others on living fully and meaningfully, and witnessing others feel empowered to live their life in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
I have been described by others as calming, non-judgmental, affirming, and empowering. A safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to heal and foster growth in the therapy process. I work towards fostering a validating and affirming space to support individuals to be their full, authentic selves.
My specialties are stress, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief/loss, adjustment disorder, relationships, self-worth, and identity.
My Approach
The human experience is vast and complex. Together, we will explore many facets, including thoughts, emotions, behaviors, identities, and systems. Through the therapy process, you will develop strategies to help you effectively navigate your concerns, so that they have less impact on you, and you can take effective action to improve the quality of your life. My hope is that you will feel empowered to fully experience life without the struggle.
