If you are a potential client, you can contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation where we will briefly discuss what brought you to seek therapy, your goals for therapy, and whether we are a good fit to work together. We can also discuss any questions that you may have.
If we decide to move forward with the therapy process, we will schedule your first therapy session. Prior to your first session, I will send you a link to complete the initial paperwork online. During your first session, we will further explore your concerns, collaboratively identify your therapy goals, and discuss your needs regarding frequency of ongoing therapy sessions.
